INSTALLATION PROCEDURES:
The vehicle should be equipped with a minimum 3" suspension lift to avoid oil pan modifications. The transfer case may
need to be relocated depending on which transmission is being removed. On C4 automatic conversions, the transfer
case will remain in the original location on vehicles 1984-91. Vehicles 1979-83, should plan on transfer case relocation.
Due to the steering box interference, it will be mandatory that you use a remote oil filter adapter, Part No. 716084.
