manual pertaining to your vehicle be obtained for specific torque values, wiring diagrams and other related equipment. These manuals are normally available at automotive dealerships
and parts stores.

EXISTING ADAPTER SPACER MUST BE MODIFIED
TO HAVE 4 NEW HOLES DRILLED COMPLETELY
THROUGH ADAPTER AND "C" BORED FOR HEX
HEAD BOLTS. SEE ILLUSTRATION ABOVE.

This retainer must be shortened as not to
interfere with the new retainer on the adapter.

4.825" - THIS LENGTH MAY VARY UP TO 1" AND NOR-
MALLY THE SHAFT WILL CHANGE TO COMPENSATE
FOR DIFFERENCE. NEW LONGER BOLTS MAY NEED
TO BE PURCHASED.

THIS HUB MUST INDEX INTO THE BACK SIDE OF
A/A CASTING. THE DIAMETER SHOULD BE 4.677".

NEW BOLTS FURNISHED FOR BOLTING TO CHEVY
OR GM BELLHOUSING

P/N 716046 will bolt onto this casting and allow a
standard GM release bearing to be used.

SPECIAL NOTE: When assembled, the shaft
must stick out 6-1/2" and not more than 1/4"
beyond new adapter. Trial fit to bellhousing to
check clutch & pilot bearing engagement.
