Do not operate this machine unless you are a qualified operator and
have read and thoroughly understand all informat ion given in the
Operator's Manual and on DA NGER and CA UTI ON signs on this machine.
Do not exceed the unrestricted platform capacity shown on the platform.
Maintain 10 feet minimum clearance from electrical power lines and
apparatus. This machine is NOT electrically insulated.
Operate this machine only on a flat level surface.
Do not operate this machine on soft or unstable ground.
Death or serious injury can result from not complying to the
following safe ty rules.
Perform the DAILY INSPECTIO N & MAINTENANCE, listed
in the O perator's Manual, prior to each work shift.
All platform occupants MUST wear fall restraint attached to
lanyard anchor points provided.
Do not use boom to lift or push this machine.
Move FORWARD/REVERSE controller slowly and
deliberately to avoid jerky and erratic platform movement.
In case of emergency, depress
