BEFORE INSTALLING

Remove any lighting or wiring that will interfere with installation of Winch Guard Tube.
Winch Guard Tube
Step 1 – Remove plastic plugs if any are covering holes for 3/8” Allen Bolts.
Step 2 – Place Winch Guard Tube onto bumper and align the slots with the holes in bumper.
Step 3 – Install all four 3/8” allen bolts and flat washers, then tighten to 20 ft. lbs torque.
Step 4 – Assemble any lighting to light tabs per light
manufactureres specifications. If desired,
you may run wires down the sides of the
Winch Guard Tube and secure with wire
ties through clips. (See Figure)
