Winch Mount Installation
Step 1 – Install fairlead and winch to Hyline Offroad winch mount first before installing onto the vehicle.
Step 2 – Unbolt the four (4) Torx/Hex Bolts from the top of the front bumper. You DO NOT need to completely
remove the bumper.
Step 3 – Remove plastic factory sway bar cover by unbolting four (4) 3/8” bolts, (2) from each side of cover. Do
Not Throw This Cover Away.
Step 4 – Remove the two (2) closest sway bar bracket bolts.
Step 5 – Install the Winch Mount by aligning the clearance holes in the winch mount with the holes in the bumper
and the sway bar mount holes. Slide the Flat Spacers in between the Winch Mount and the sway bar
mount. These spacers will keep the Winch Mount level with the stock bumper.
Step 6 – Reinstall all bolts (and tow hooks if applicable) that were taken out previously and torque to proper
Manufacturer settings.
