Record a memo
You can record a memo message for other users. Memos are stored and
played in the same way as recorded messages.
1. Press . The display shows LIFT HANDSET .
2. Lift the handset. The display shows REC.MEMO MSG?
3. Press to begin recording. The display counts down the available
recording time from 30 or 60 seconds.
4. Replace the handset to end recording.
Message duration
Incoming messages and memos can be set to a maximim of 30 or 60
seconds. The default setting is 30 seconds.
1. Press until the display shows TAD SET-UP .
2. Press then repeatedly to display ICM REC.TIME .
3. Press . The display shows the current setting.
4. Press or to switch between 30 SECS and 60 SECS .
5. Press to confirm.
6. Press to return to standby.
Message alerts
flashes = new messages.
on = old messages.
The display shows the total number of messages e.g. 03
