Correct metering may not be possible if strong light is coming in through the viewfinder. In such
case attach the eyepiece cover.

In live view you can choose one of 3 available AF systems. The [LIVE VIEW AF MODE] setting
will determine when and how focusing is performed.
Characteristics of the live view AF mode
* For the latest information about Olympus lenses compatible with Imager AF, visit the Olympus
website. When you are using a lens that is not compatible with [IMAGER AF], [HYBRID AF] will be
selected automatically.

• The light coming in through the lens
is reflected on the mirror and you can check the
subject in the viewfinder.
• The mirror is raised and the shutter is
open. The image received by image
pickup device is displayed on the LCD
monitor.
