G File Menu
Keyword
Voice files recorded by this recorder can be
tagged with a keyword for file management.
File lists can be created by keyword file
searches (
☞ P.57).

Select the file you want to tag
with a keyword (
☞ P.55 to P.61).

[Keyword] from the menu
on the [File Menu].

+ or − button to select
the desired keyword, and then
press the
`OK button.

Erase Lock
Locking a file keeps important data from
being accidentally erased. Locked files are
not erased when you select to erase all files
from a folder (
☞ P.64).

Select the file you want to file
lock (
☞ P.55 to P.61).

Select
[Erase Lock] from the menu
on the [File Menu].

Select
[On] or [Off].
[On]:
Locks the file and prevents it from
being
erased.
[Off]:
Unlocks the file and allows it to be
erased.

[Off]:

• When [Accessibility] is set to [On], the
[Podcast] and [Pictures] functions can
not be used. To use these functions, set
[Accessibility] to [Off].
• When [Accessibility] is set to [On], the
resume function will be active. The
recorder will memorize the file it was
playing back and the last stop position
even if the power is turned off.

Sets a keyword from the preset template.
