11 TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem

No dialing tone when
pressing
key
t The connection cord of
the base station is not
plugged in.
t The adapter cord is not
plugged in correctly in
the base station.
t The line is busy, as
another handset is
used.
t Wrong connection
cord.
t Check the connections.
Unplug and plug back
in the mains. Check
that the telephone
line cord has been
plugged into the base
station and the phone
socket.
t Check the base station
plug and the 220V plug
(remove and plug-in).
t Wait until the line is
unoccupied.
t Use the original
connection cord.
When connect to a
PBX, no and/or wrong
connection after dialing.
Dialing prefix is needed.
Insert the dialing prefix.
“WAITING“ is displayed.
tHand
set loses the link
with base.
t Base station not
connect
ed to mains.
tReduce the range.
tConnect base
station to mains.
The call does not work.
Service not activated or
wrong operator or wrong

Check your Subscription
with network or change
