Name Description
Device Name Displays the device name.
Printer Name Displays the printer name (registered with the operating system)
for the device.

Model Name Displays the model name for the device.
IP Address/Host Name Displays the IP address or host name of the device.
Job Delete Displays Support if the device enables jobs to be deleted from
the application.
Monitor the jobs executed
by the device Displays Support if the device enables jobs performed by the
device to be monitored.
Comment Comments can be specified.
[Monitor the jobs executed
by the device (copy, fax,
etc.)] check box Select to send notifications of job performed by the device.
Appears only for devices that support the device job notification
function.
[Authentication Setting] but-
ton Click to display the Authentication Settings dialog box so that
user authentication, account track and bizhub OpenAPI settings
can be specified.
Appears only for devices where authentication information is
necessary.
