3.4.3.1 Licensing: Retrieve Key
The Licensing > Manage > Retrieve Key menu option allows you to download the current
information on the system’s security key. You might need to get the current key information for
either of the following scenarios:
•
You’ve placed an order for additional licenses or an upgrade and need to e-mail/ftp the key
file to your Konica Minolta Sales Channel.
•
KMBT requested the information to assist in troubleshooting an issue.
To begin, make sure the security key (dongle) is in the appropriate USB port on the server. Go to
Licensing > Manage > Retrieve Key.
