6. Commissioning, operation
6.4 Backlighting
The backlighting makes it easier to read the values of the digital indicator. Press the
ENTER key (5) to turn the backlighting on and off.
6.5 Configuration
The calibration system model BCS10 functions in two different modes, the operating
mode and the configuration mode.
In the operating mode, the digital pressure gauge measures the pressure and shows it
on the digital indicator.
The configuration mode is used for the setting of the system.
The following setting can be modified:
■ Units
■ Automatic disconnection
■ Damping
■ Sampling rate
■ Tare function
■ Function locking
For the detailed description of the individual points see chapter 6.6 "Functions".
Configuration menu
To call up the configuration menu of the digital pressure gauge, press the CONFIG key
(2).
The individual menu items are set via the ZERO key (3) and the MAX/MIN key (4). Hold
down the key to scroll faster.
To save all changes and exit the configuration menu, press the ENTER key (5).
You can exit the configuration menu at any time by pressing the ENTER
key. That will save all changes and the calibration system will return to the
operating mode.
