S
Close both one−way flow control valves
ć at first completely (as supplied from
the factory),
ć then open them up again one turn.
S
Start a test run as follows:
1. Push the guide tube of the linear module
type HMP−...−B into the retracted end
position.
In the case of the HMP−...−
KP−..., press the
manual override of the clamping unit
aH.
2. Pressurize the compressed air ports:
ć at first in the retracted end position E on linear module type HMP−...−B
ć then on the the clamping unit (only with HMP−...−
KP−...).
The work load moves against the force of the shock absorber completely into
the retracted end posititon.
3. Check in a test run at a low pulse rate to ascertain whether the following
settings need to be adjusted:
ć the accurate adjudtment of the end positions
ć the desired switching points of the proximity switches
ć the signal display of the LEDs (only with HMP−...−EL)
ć the retracting and extending times.
