ć Clean the slide 4 and the cover profile
1 (see chap. Care and maintenance").
ć Remove the support screws 3.
ć Dismantle the brush wiper 2.
ć Pull out the cover profile 1.
ć Fit the shock absorber support type
KYP−... in accordance with the operatĆ
ing instructions.
When refitting:
S Fit the cover profile as follows:
ć Push in the cover profile 1.
ć Tighten the support screws 3.
ć Fit the brush wiper 2 (tightening torque see Fig. 9).
Using shock absorbers directly in the profile support 6:
S Use only the assembly kit in accordance
with the chapter Accessories".
Only this contains the screw−in elements
for the correct fitting of the shock absorber.
5 Commissioning
Please note
Protected guides which have already been fitted at the factory do not require
subsequent adjustment.
S Do not modify the settings of screws and adjusting elements if there is no
direct request to do this in these operating instructions.
S Remove the cover devices from the slide
surface intended for fastening the load as
follows:
ć Dismantle the brush wiper 2.
ć Push out the groove cover aJ.
ć Fit the brush wiper again
ć Lift out the cover caps
