Finding items in the Directory
Editing in the Directory
Deleting items from the Directory
To find items in the Directory:
1.
To see the Directory List heading, press J.
2.
Use the W and V to look at each individual directory entry one at a time.
3.
To leave the Directory at any time, press J or N.
To edit a number and/or name in the Directory:
1.
Press J.
2.
Press V or W to Þnd the item you want to edit.
3.
To begin editing, press T.
4.
If you do not want to change the number, go to step 5. To backspace and erase
digits, press T . To add digits, use the dial pad.

Press K.
6.
If you do not want to change the name, go to step 7. To change or add to the
name, use T and the dial pad. (See
Note: If you edit the wrong item or want to quit without saving changes, press
J or N.
7.
Press K .
8.
Press N.
To delete individual items:
1.
Press J.
2.
Press VWto Þnd the item you want to delete.
3.
Press L twice. You are still in the Directory.
4.
Press N or J to exit the Directory at any time.
To delete all items:
1.
Press
J.
2.
Press L.
3.
Press Lagain to conÞrm deletion of the entire Directory.
