If a user entered the command set ip arprefresh and saved the configuration
with the create config command, the resulting configuration file had an invalid
setting for arprefresh. Instead of arprefresh being yes or no, it was set to
enable or disable, which were not valid options.
This issue has been resolved.

received an illegal RADIUS packet (an Access-Reject packet with an EAP code of
