The plant/system helps in conforming to
the waste water values and also eventually
helps in reusing the washing water in high
pressure cleaners. The plant is thus a con-
tribution to environmental protection. Oper-
ating the plant gives rise to so-called slag
from flakes that needs to be disposed off
according to the local regulations.
– Please follow the national rules and
regulations of the respective country.
ƽ
Danger
Immediate danger that can cause severe
injury or even death.
ṇ
Warning
Possible hazardous situation that could
lead to severe injury or even death.
Caution
Possible hazardous situation that could
lead to mild injury to persons or damage to
property.
– The plant is meant for treating waste
water with oil content from high-pres-
sure car cleaners. The purified waste
water can be reused or led into the
drainage system. The residual oil con-
tent is below the statutory limits of the
waste water regulations (AbwV in Ger-
many) - Appendix 49.
– Depending the application case, the
waste water can contain germs that are
harmful to health if inadequate quanti-
ties of sterilisation agent is added.
ƽ
Danger
Do not drink the waste water - health haz-
ard. The cleaned waste water is not of a po-
table quality. It still contains some residues
of dirt and detergents.
Note:The plant cannot be used to clean all
types of waste water because it is designed
only to treat waste water from car washing.
A water sample can be analysed if needed
to decide whether the plant is suitable for
the proposed application.
The work-place is located directly on the
plant. It is however used only for a short pe-
riod of time (topping up the splitting agent,
changing the filter, for maintenance tasks).
