Day view
With the Day view displayed, press the Options soft key to display the following options:
• Create new: allows you to create an Schedule, Anniversary, Miscellaneous, or To do.
• View mode: allows you to select Month view or Week view.
Schedule
Allows you to create a schedule.
1. In Idle mode, press Menu ➔ Organizer ➔ Calendar ➔ Schedule and press Select or .
2. Press Options ➔ Create new and press .
3. Enter the schedule name in the Subject field.
4. Enter the Details, Start date, Start time, AM/PM, End date, End time, AM/PM, Location and if you want an
alarm for this scheduled event, select Alarm and enter all the information related to the alarm.
5. Highlight Repeat and touch if you want to repeat this event.
6. Press Save to save this configuration.
Anniversary
Allows you to create an Anniversary event.
1. In Idle mode, press Menu ➔ Organizer ➔ Calendar ➔ Anniversary and press Select or .
2. Press Options ➔ Create new and press .
3. Enter the anniversary title in the Occasion field.
4. Enter the anniversary date in the Date field, select Alarm and enter all the information related to the alarm if
you want to be notified of this anniversary date.lo
5. Highlight Repeat every year and touch if you want to repeat this event.
6. Press Save to save this configuration.
