Display Settings
Info display
You can select the text style and text color of the informational text displayed on the
Main LCD.
1. Highlight an option and press the Left or Right Navigation keys to change
the settings.
2. Press the Save soft key to apply your changes, or the Cancel soft key
to cancel.
Skin
You can select the background color of the menus displayed on the Main LCD. There
are two different patterns (Black or White) from which to choose.
1. Press the Up or Down Navigation keys to change the settings.
2. Press the Save soft key to apply your changes, or the Cancel soft key to
cancel.
Brightness
You can adjust the display brightness of the Main LCD to make it easier to see under
different lighting conditions.
1. Press the Left or Right Navigation keys to change your settings.
2. Press the Save soft key to save your changes, or the Cancel soft key
to cancel.
Backlight
In this menu, you can select the length of time that the keypad backlight is on and
how much longer the display is illuminated before going off.
The On setting is how long the keypad backlight is on. You can select 15 sec,
30 sec, 1 min, 3 min, or 10 min.
The Dim option is how much longer after the keypad backlight goes off that the
display remains lit. You can select Off, 15 sec, 30 sec, 1 min, or 3 min.
For example, if you set On for 30 sec and Dim for 15 sec, after 30 seconds the
backlight on the keys would turn off and 15 seconds later the display light would
turn off.
1. Press the Left or Right Navigation keys to change each field’s settings.
2. Press the Save soft key to save your changes, or the Cancel soft key
to cancel.
