Troubleshooting
Before contacting a Samsung authorized service center, review the recommendations in this troubleshooting guide.

Problems may occur because of the following reasons. Check the information and take corrective action.
Battery

Low Battery - The battery is almost discharged.
Charge the battery by attaching the product to a
PC using the built-in USB plug. •
Storage media

Insert Card
There is no memory card inserted in the memory
card slot.
Insert a memory card. •
Card Full
There is not enough space to record on the memory
card.
Delete unnecessary files from the memory card.
Back-up files to a PC or another storage media,
and then delete unneeded files.
Replace the memory card with another card that
has enough free space. •
