Get Started with Contacts
Here is some basic information about contacts.
ⅷ You can create a Google contact, a phone contact,
or a Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync contact.
ⅷ Contacts are stored locally to the phone’s memory.
ⅷ Contact entries are automatically sorted
alphabetically.
ⅷ Google contacts are shared with your existing
Google account and you can import them to the
phone after creating a Google Mail account.
ⅷ Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync (also known as Work
or Outlook) contacts are those contacts intended to
share with either an Exchange Server or from within
Microsoft® Outlook®.
Important: You must synchronize your email accounts after
setup to verify that your Contacts display on the
device. See “Accounts and Synchronization” on
page 50.

reset to its factory default parameters.
