3.1. Wartung:
Die Einführung ist war-
tungsfrei. Die Lager sind
auf Lebensdauer ge-
schmiert. Die Gleitringe
werden über das durchge-
führte Medium geschmiert,
weshalb ein längerfristiger
Trockenlauf vermieden
werden sollte.
Durch Sichtprüfung der
Leckageableitung sollte
die Dichtigkeit der Dreh-
durchführung täglich über-
wacht werden. Bei star-
kem Leckageaustritt oder
Verschleiß sollte die Dreh-
durchführung ausge-
tauscht werden. Als Ersatz
dürfen nur komplett neue
oder überholte Drehdurch-
führungen eingesetzt
werden.
3.2. Störungen:
Störung - Ursache:
1. Drehdurchführung lässt
sich nicht bzw.schwer
montieren:
-- Anschlussteile nicht
maßhaltig
-- Lagerung verspannt
-- Rundlauf oder Koaxia-
lität nicht in Ordnung
-- Teile verunreinigt
2. Drehdurchführung hat
viel Leckage:
-- Gleitringe verschlis-
sen
-- Medium verunreinigt --

3. Drehdruchführung
vibriert:
-- Lager verschlissen
oder beschädigt

3.1. Servicing:
The feeding unit does not
require any maintenance.
The bearings are lubrica-
ted for life. The sliding
rings are lubricated with
the supplied medium. The-
refore, avoid long dry runs.
Carry out a visual inspec-
tion of the leakage drain
tube daily to check if the
rotary supply unit is leak-
proof. If a large quantity of
medium leaks out or if
there is excess wear, re-
place the rotary supply
unit. The rotary supply unit
may be replaced only with
completely new or over-
hauled rotary supply units.
3.2. Faults:
Cause of the fault:
1. The rotary supply unit
cannot be mounted, or
it is difficult to mount it:
-- Incorrect dimension of
connection parts
-- Bearings are twisted
-- Concentricity or
coaxiality is not OK
2. A large quantity of
medium leaks out of
rotary supply unit:
-- Sliding rings are worn
out
-- Medium is soiled.
Check the filter.
-- Sliding rings cannot
close
3. The rotary supply unit
vibrates:
-- Bearings are worn out
or damaged
-- Clamp is open
-- The take-up bore has
too much play
3.1. Manutenzione:
Il distributore non necessita
di manutenzione. I cuscinetti
dispongono di lubrificazione
a vita. Gli anelli piani ven-
gono lubrificati tramite il
fluido introdotto, per questo
motivo dovrebbe essere evi-
tato un prolungato funziona-
mento a secco.
La conduttura di scarico per-
dite dovrebbe essere sotto-
posta ad un controllo giorna-
liero visivo per valutare l’er-
meticità del distributore ro-
tante. In caso di forti perdite
o di usura, il distributore ro-
tante dovrebbe venire sosti-
tuito. Come pezzo di ricam-
bio devono essere utilizzati
esclusivamente distributori
rotanti completamente nuovi
o revisionati.
3.2. Anomalie:
Causa dell’anomalie:
1. Il distributore rotante
non può essere montato
oppure si monta con
difficoltà:
-- gli elementi di attacco
non sono della dimen-
sione esatta
-- cuscinetto in tensione
meccanica
-- concentricità o coas-
sialità non in ordine
-- componenti sporche
2. Il distributore rotante ha
molte perdite:
-- gli anelli piani sono
usurati
-- fluido sporco - control-
lare il filtro
-- gli anelli piani non
possono chiudere
3. Il distributore rotante
vibra:
-- cuscinetto usurato o
danneggiato
-- bloccaggio aperto
-- il foro di attacco ha un
gioco troppo elevato
