5.5.3 Potentiometer im ARI-PACO 1,6 D
5.5.3.1 Mounting
- Screw in standing bolt.
- Screw pre-assembled potentiometer module on the studding bolt with 2 screws and
washers.
- Push gear wheel onto shaft and tighten setscrew of the gear wheel with 1.5 mm hex key.
- Screw off terminal strip shield and solder cable from potentiometer to terminal strip 11,12
and 13.
- After the mounting, attach cable connector from clamping strip to the potentiometer with
cable ties.
Do not lay cable near moving parts or endangered locations.
5.5.3.2 Adjustment of the potentiometer
ATTENTION !
- Carry out insertion only on a linear actuator switched to a voltage-free state!
(mains voltage switched off and secured against being accidentally switched
on) .

1 potentiometer

- The zero point on the potentiometer axis
can be adjusted with a screw driver.
- Zero point

left potentiometer stop,
drive stem is extended.
- Approx. zero ohm must be measured
between connector 11 (brown cable) and
connector 12 (grey cable).
- After the electrical connections are made,
replace the housing carefully from above
and fasten with two recessed screws on
the linear actuator.
