It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the correct installation and operation of Pypes Ex-
haust products. These products are designed for racing or off-road applications only .They are
not street legal. By installing or using this product, you are confirming that you have read and
agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page as well as all other pages of docu-
mentation included with this product.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event, shall Pypes Exhaust LLC, its agents, partners or affiliates be liable for any direct,
indirect, punitive, incidental or special consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or
connected with the use or misuse of its products.
WARRANTY
This policy is valid for the original owner of the Pypes electric exhaust cutouts only and all of the following
provisions must be met before Pypes will honor the warranty request.
• The Pypes Performance warranty card must be filled out and submitted along with a copy of the original
receipt within 30 days of purchase.
• These electric cutouts must be properly maintained. A monthly spraying of (WD40? CRC?, Gunk?) in
and around the dump plate and shaft area to prevent carbon build up is necessary. If you are caught
in a heavy downpour, once in a dry area, towel dry entire cutout assembly especially around the rubber
covered motor area.
• The Pypes Performance electric exhaust cutout must be on the vehicle to which it was originally
registered.
• The Pypes Performance electric exhaust cutout will be replaced or repaired at our sole discretion.
• Within the first 12 months of purchase, Pypes Performance will pay warranty related shipping costs one
way, after that 12 month period ends, it will be the customers responsibility to pay for all shipping costs
to and from our repair facility.
• This warranty is non-transferable and is VOID if there is any indication of physical damage or abuse of
any kind. This includes but is not limited to speed bumps, road debris, excessive moisture and voltage
problems.

RETURN POLICY
Pypes Performance will accept product returns within 14 days of purchase if all of the following conditions
are met.
• The product was purchased directly from Pypes Performance. (Otherwise, return it to the store where it
was purchased and that stores return policy will apply)
• Customer must submit a copy of the original sales receipt.
• All contents must be free of any damage or blemishes of any kind and packages within the original box
must be in new, unopened condition.
• Customer must call or email Pypes Performance in advance and get an RMA (returned materials authori-
zation) number which needs to be submitted with the returned product.
Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. When the product is received and inspected,
the refund will then be processed.
