Batch name

Provides identification in addition to the batch
number in the Batch Results window.

CPU #

Number of the CPU under which the batch
should be executed.

Process priority for batch execution.

Date and time that the batch should be
executed.

Spooler
destination/location

Spool file location where the output of the
batch should be stored for later review.

Swap disk

Swap disk to be used during batch execution.

Comment

Comment text stored in the dba/m Database
Manager log tables and that can be used for
review later.

TACL output-to-file
flag

Option to save the TACL output in an file.
The file is created with the batch number as
the file name, and is stored in the GENTACL
subvolume in the dba/m Database Manager
volume.

Optional

Use the Batches pane shown in Figure 10-3 to edit the attributes of a batch.

To edit the attributes of a batch

1. In the Batches pane, choose a batch to edit by clicking on the batch

name in the Batch Name column.

2. Click on SetAttrib. The Batch Attributes window is displayed, as

shown in Figure 10-4.

3. Change any of the batch attributes as desired.

4. Click OK to save the attributes. To cancel all changes, click Cancel.
