7. On the HP EULA page, read the HP End User License Agreement, select Agree to accept the HP End User
license agreement.
8. Click Ancillary License to check all the third-party Ancillary Licensed software used by HP.
9. Click Continue.
10. On the Disk Configuration page, choose one of the following to set the operating system partition size:
o Typical: Typical size cannot be altered as it is the minimum recommended value. The partition size
is normally 80GB.
o Custom: This option enables you to set the partition size between typical and maximum disk
capacity.
IMPORTANT: This following steps are applicable only for Microsoft Windows Server 2012
Essentials.
11. Click Continue.
12. On the User Credentials page, enter Server Name, Internal Domain Name, FullDNS Name,
Administrator User Name, Standard User Name, Administrator Password, and Standard User
Password.
13. Click Continue.
14. On the Operating System Contents page, confirm the selected language, service pack level,
Management Agent Version, and Hotfix details. Confirm before proceeding with the installation.
15. Click Continue to proceed with the installation.
The overall installation requires approximately 2 hours, depending on the hardware configuration.
CAUTION: The server requires a reboot at the end of the installation. Do not power down the
server at any time during the installation process. Any power interruption during the installation
process could prevent proper completion of the installation and prevent the operating system from
restarting.
NOTE: You can view and print the EULA after the installation is completed by clicking Start and
selecting All Programs>Pre-Install Features>End User License Agreement.
If your operating system is Microsoft Windows Server 2012 Essentials, you can view and print the
EULA after the installation is completed by clicking Windows key from the keyboard, and
right-click anywhere on the Start page, and then select All Apps > Pre-Install Features>End-User
License Agreement.
