Although each individual dictionary map is correct, a logical conflict may have occurred between
the dictionary map files. In such a case, follow the procedures given in “
Restoring key definition files (.KDF)
To restore key definition files:
1.
Install Application Agent on the desired server.
2.
Copy and restore the key definition files (
.KDF
) of the applicable dictionary map files from that
server.
3.
Execute the
drmischk
command to verify the restored dictionary map files.
drmischk -l 3
Application-Agent-installation-directory
\DRM\db\DRM*
4.
After the message
KAIU020-I
is output, make sure that there are no problems in the dictionary
map file information and the backup information.
