3 To advance through the call history from an earlier call, press C.
4 To exit the call history, press Cor c to go to END OF LIST, then
select DONE.
NOTE: If a caller left a voice message, you’ll see the MSG indicator over the right
softkey. Press the softkey to listen to the message.
Removing Call Records from History
Remove Selected Call Record
1 Press C or c to locate the number you wish to delete from call
history.
2 Press D to erase a displayed call record.
Remove All Call Records
1 Press C or c until the screen displays End Of List.
2 Press D. The screen displays L1 ONLY and L2 ONLY.
3 Select the L1 ONLY softkey or the L2 ONLY softkey to delete all calls for that line
— OR —
Press
D to delete all calls for both lines. The screen prompts Remove All
Calls Are you sure?. Use the softkey to select YES.
