the issue. After the reboot is complete, check the cluster disks that are visible in the Microsoft
Failover Cluster Manager UI and restart the Matrix RM activate operation.

Uninstall the ghosted pseudo devices that are left behind as a result of storage failover to
remote site, followed by a rescan for storage. These pseudo devices can be seen in Device
Manager’s disk drives (ensure that the hidden devices are seen only when View option is
selected.
NOTE: The uninstall step must be done cautiously to ensure that only the ghosted disks
are uninstalled and not the other valid disks.
