To display the details of an event listed in the schedule,
highlight it and press

Going to Today’s Calendar Menu

To go to the Calendar menu for today’s date:

Select Menu > Tools > Scheduler > Options > Go to Today.

Erasing a Day’s Events

To erase a day’s scheduled events:

Select Menu > Tools > Scheduler.

Using your navigation key, highlight the day for which
you would like to erase events and press

Tip:

In the calendar view, days with events scheduled are underlined.

Select Options > Delete All. (An alert will appear notifying
you of the number of events to be erased.)

Select Yes or No.

Note:

If the day for which you are erasing events contains a repeating

event, you will receive the following prompt: “This is a recurring event.
.”Select Delete this to erase a single occurrence, Delete all to
erase all occurrences of the event, or Cancel to cancel the deletion of the
repeating event.
