top-left corner of pages) horizontally
up to -500 (left) to +500 (right) dots in

Left Margin #### Sets the left margin at column 0 to 70
columns at 10 cpi.
Right Margin #### Sets the right margin at column 10 to
80 columns at 10 cpi.
Top Margin #### Sets the top margin at a distance
from the top edge of the paper: 0,
0.33, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 or 2.0. The default
setting is 0.5.
Bottom Margin #### Sets the bottom margin at a distance
from the bottom edge of the paper -
0, 0.33, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 or 2.0. The
default setting is 0.5.
Lines #### Sets the number of lines on each
page from 5 to 128 lines.
