10. Operate the chiller, looking for any leaks and listening for unusual noises or
vibrations that could indicate improper operation.
Elevated sound level and substantially reduced current draw indicate reverse
rotation. After several minutes of operation, the compressor internal protector
trips.
4-3 PGD1 Status Screens
The controller has eight (8) preconfigured status screens. The main status screen (shown in
Figure Figure 14) shows the main operating points of the chiller: Entering and Leaving fluid
temperatures; Leaving fluid setpoint, pump discharge pressure, tank fluid level (depth), and
percentage of hot-gas bypass output.

Depressing cycles through the status screens (shown below) – Main system, and
individual circuit Analog and Digital I/O. The Analog and Digital I/O screens provide status
of all of the inputs and outputs for the controller. When on the circuit I/O screens depressing
will advance to the next installed circuit.
