SURFACE MOUNT
Step 1
Place hinge on the
upper corner of the jamb as
illustrated in Figure E. Mark the
six holes with a pen or marker.
NOTE: Make sure panel will
be able to move freely beneath
header of door with a minimal
gap.

Step 2
Drill the holes using a
5/32” drill bit.
Step 3
Place hinge on wall
and screw down tightly with
supplied
1/4 ” x 1 1/4 “ screws as
shown in Figure F.

Step 5
Slide assembled
door panel onto hinge and
bolt together using the
three remaining acorn nuts
and bolts provided.

Step 4
Sandwich PVC panel
between arm brackets and attach
using seven of the provided
bolts and acorn nuts as shown
in Figure G.
NOTE: Be sure to attach the PVC
panel as shown in Figure G, using
the correct holes. The three holes
marked with arrows in the
illustration will be used to attach
the brackets to the hinge in the
next step.

IN-JAMB MOUNT USING MOUNTING PLATE
Step 1
Place hinge on the
upper corner of the jamb as
illustrated in Figure A. Mark the
six holes with a pen or marker.
NOTE: Make sure panel will
be able to move freely beneath
header of door with a minimal
gap.
Step 4
Sandwich PVC panel
between arm brackets and attach
using seven of the provided
bolts and acorn nuts as shown
in Figure C.
NOTE: Be sure to attach the PVC
panel as shown in Figure C, using
the correct holes. The three holes
marked with arrows in the
illustration will be used to attach
the brackets to the hinge in the
next step.
Step 2
Drill the holes using a
5/32” drill bit.
Step 3
Place hinge on wall
and screw down tightly with
supplied
1/4 ” x 1 1/4 “ screws as
shown in Figure B.
Step 5
Slide assembled
door panel onto hinge and
bolt together using the
three remaining acorn nuts
and bolts provided.
