Addressing Model 10 and Model 12 Control Cards
This function is used to identify the “device” and “address” of Model 10 and 12 control card inputs. Each gas
channel will need to have the Channel #, Device, Zone and Address set and must match the configuration
entered in the 1600/6400 Controller.
Addressing and Setup of Relay Outputs
Relay outputs are not utilized on the Remote Display, and should not be set up.
5.3.3 Select Gas Type and Range
Select Gas Type and Range is used to enter the sensor specific information for each gas channel. This
information includes Channel #, Gas type, full-scale range, and units. Rotate through each selection using the
up and down arrows for scrolling through the choice lists. When the correct selections for a given channel
have been made, press the ‘ENTER’ key. Press the ‘ENTER’ key after each channel’s selections are made.
This configuration must match the configuration entered in the 1600/6400 Controller.

5.3.4 Set Active Alarm Levels
The Set Active Alarm Level function in the remote display allows the user to duplicate the alarm settings of
the 1600/6400 controller so alarm level activity can be viewed on the remote display. Relays are not
supported in the Remote Display and should not be setup. This configuration, with the exception of the relays,
must match the configuration entered in the 1600/6400 Controller.
