5. Inspect optical surfaces shown in Figure 15 for fouling and clean using alcohol, a clean cloth and a
q-tip.

6. Reassemble probe components ensuring that the shorter portion of the center piece is towards the
tip of the flow meter as shown in Figure 13. Use a removable threadlocker on threads.
