Chapter 3 Mounting Applications
3.1 Wall Mounting
Before you start:
Wall mounting is applicable to the indoor/outdoor solid wall.
Notes:
 The wall must be thick enough to mount the expansion screws.
 The wall must be strong enough to withstand more than 4 times the weight of the dome
and its accessories.
Steps:
1. Drill screw holes as shown in Figure 3-1.
1) Attach the wall mount to the wall where you need to install the speed dome.
2) Drill four screw holes according to the screw holes on the wall mount.
3) Hammer four M8 expansion screws (not supplied) into the screw holes.

2. Secure the speed dome to the wall mount as shown in Figure 3-3.
1) Feed the speed dome cables through the wall mount.
2) Rotate the connector of speed dome to the wall mount.
3) Tighten the lock screw with the allen key (supplied) to secure the two units.
