Disconnect All Electrical Power Sources To Machine Before Reaching Inside Unit.

Directions
Pulley Assembly Removal
(See Figure 1):
(1)
Disconnect all Electrical Power from
the Power Trak
™.
(2)
Disconnect all curtain cables from the
Power Trak
™ load block, and remove
the cables completely from the unit.
(3)
Unscrew the four sheet metal screws
(A) holding the top. Retain screws for
use when re-assembling.
(4)
Remove the cabinet top (B).
(5)
Unscrew the eight Hex head bolts (C)
from the left and right sides near the
top cover.
(6)
Remove the pulley assembly (D).
Retain bolts and nuts for use later
when reassembling. Note: If there are
lag bolts in the mounting holes (E),
they will need to be removed.
