Var-O-Matic
Assembly & Installation
A. Disconnect AC electrical power from all equipment.
B. Drill the conduit fitting hole and install the conduit fittings
(customer supplied) in the bottom of the control enclosure.
C. Mount the Var-O-Matic on the required wall location.
D. Connect the black, Red, and green controller wires and
fan wiring as shown in Figure 2 wiring diagram. Refer to
the wiring diagram provided with the fans for wiring the
specific fan.
E. Mount the 24” stir fans. Refer to the mounting diagram
provided with the fans.
F. Ensure that all wires near the fan are secured and safely
clear from the fan blades.
G. Apply power and test the Var-O-Matic and fans to ensure
proper operation.
