4. WIRING AND PIPING
4.2.3 Grounding
(1) Provide grounding with a ground resistance of
100
Ω.
(2) Grounding terminals are provided inside and
outside of the terminal box. Use either terminal.
(3) Use 600V PVC insulated wire for grounding
wiring.

4.3 Intrinsically Safe Type Wiring
The wiring of the intrinsically safe circuit between the
converter and the safety barrier must be kept routed
with sufficient physical separation from other circuits
so as not to be affected by electromagnetic induction,
etc., and should be implemented using metallic conduit
or shielded cable.
