Routing

Determines how incoming call is routed when connected
to a point-to-point ISDN line.
0=Route all call types to DTE

Local Tones

Forces the POTS interface to generate all tones.
Bit 0=0:In-band tones from ISDN switch (when available)
Bit 0 =1:All tones generated locally
Bit 1 =0: Warnings to POTS when unavailable
Bit 1 =1:Disable all warnings to POTS
