The external RJ-45 Ethernet LAN connectors is interfaced to an Intel® 82566DM Gigabit
LAN connect device. The Intel® 82566DM is a compact, single-port integrated physical
layer (PHY) device interfaced directly to the Intel® ICH9DO MAC controller through the
GLCI.
