The COM Port Pin 9 Voltage Setting Select jumpers configure the voltage output provided
by pin 9 on the COM3, COM4, COM5 and COM6 connectors. Pin 9 on COM3, COM4,
COM5 and COM6 can provide 5 V or 12 V of power to an external device. The COM Port
Pin 9 Voltage Setting Select jumper selections options are shown in
