Introduction

The ZD200 Differential Probe is ideally suited for automotive and serial data
signals. The wide dynamic range (+/- 20V differential) and 1 MOhm input
resistance make the ZD200 ideally suited for a wide range of applications.

The ZD200 probe can be used with Teledyne LeCroy’s WaveSurfer, WaveRunner,
WavePro, and WaveMaster series platforms with firmware version 6.4.1.x or
later.

With the ProBus interface, the ZD200 probe becomes an integral part of the
oscilloscope. The probe can be controlled from the oscilloscope’s front panel.
The oscilloscope provides power to the probe, so there is no need for a separate
power supply or batteries.
