To rigidly mount the AVIATOR unit, first remove
the four (4) screws holding the unit to the enclosure,
and save to use later. Pull the handle to release
the unit from the enclosure. Using a 7/64" Allen
wrench, remove the two (2) screws that secure
the handle, then remove the handle. Install the
mounting bracket using the existing screws and
two (2) 8/32-inch nuts. Reinstall the enclosure
with the four (4) screws. Mount to the wall.

Then drop the bottom of the unit until the bar comes
forward in the slot.

Remove the AVIATOR unit by pushing it toward

CONNECTIONS

The AVIATOR requires its own air supply. This
air supply must be separate from the applicator
air for best performance of the unit.

Connect an air line to the unit’s slide valve.
Minimum pressure required to run the AVIATOR
is 50 psig at the filter/regulator unit.

The supply air should be clean, dry air.

Connect and secure the cable into the applicator
and the AVIATOR is ready to use.

>

Prior to starting up any equipment, read

and completely understand the manual for
the applicator being used. Be sure to
review all safety items associated with the
specific product.
