1. Hinge assembly
Assemble the hinge assembly as shown using (4) 5/16”-18 x 1” hex head bolts, (4) 5/16” split lock washers and (4) 5/16”-18 square nuts.
Note the flat portion of the 5/16”-18 square nut faces toward the hinge. Repeat for remaining hinges assemblies.
2. Leg assembly
Place the leg to the outside of the hinge assembly as shown.
Using (2) 5/16”-18 x 1” carriage bolts, go through the hinge first then the leg. Loosely secure the leg to the hinge with (2) 5/16” split lock
washers and (2) 5/16”-18 nuts.
Repeat for remaining hinge assemblies.
