An adapter (Fig. 3) is always required for
attachment of the mincer.
The adapter is included with some models,
otherwise it is available from specialist outlets.

Safety instructions
The mincer must be completely assembled
before use. Never assemble the mincer attachĆ
ments on the base unit.
Do not attach/remove the mincer until the drive
is at a standstill and the mains plug has been
pulled out.
Operate the mincer in the specified operating
positions only.
Keep fingers clear of the filling shaft, use the
pusher to force down the ingredients.
Keep children away from the appliance.
d Risk of injury from sharp blade
Do not take hold of blades by the cutting
surfaces.
Predetermined breaking point
The installed predetermined breaking point
protects the drive.
The coupling part on the screw will break and
protect the appliance from damage if an overĆ
load occurs (e.g. if bones are accidentally fed
in).
Spare part available from customer service.
Operation
Mincer attachment
For processing raw or cooked meat, bacon,
poultry and fish.

S Assemble the mincer attachment in the
sequence indicated. Do not fully tighten the
threaded ring.

S Attach the adapter.
- Insert the drive coupling.
- Attach the adapter and secure with
clamping screw. Note position of the lug!
S Attach the mincer to the base unit:
Place the mincer on the adapter. Rotate in
an antiĆclockwise direction and depress the
locking lever.
S Tighten the threaded ring.
S Attach the filling tray.
S Place a bowl or plate under the outlet.
Warning!
Do not process bones.
S Place ingredients which are to be processed
in the filling tray.
Use the pusher to force down the ingreĆ
dients.
S Select setting 4 with the rotary switch.
After using the appliance
S Switch off the appliance with the rotary
switch.
S Pull out the mains plug.
S Lift up the locking lever, rotate the mincer in
a clockwise direction and remove from the
appliance.
S Remove the adapter and drive coupling.
Cleaning and servicing
Warning!
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents.
The mincer and individual parts are not dishĆ
washerĆproof.
S Loosen the threaded ring and dismantle the
attachment.
S Filling tray and pusher are dishwasherĆsafe.
Rinse all other parts by hand and dry
immediately (not dishwasherĆsafe).
S Lubricate dry perforated disc and blade with
cooking oil to protect against rust.
