Decor frame addĆon kits
If an aluminum or white decor frame
matches your kitchen furniture better, all
models except the 712 and 1021 mm
high models can be converted.
The decor frames are available from your
dealer.
Installating
the appliance
For the assembly, a Torx T20 screwdriver
is required.
The required fixtures are enclosed with
the appliance.
S Important!
If installing the appliance behind a room
divider, line the rear of the unit housing
behind the appliance.
S Before installing the appliance, check
that there is a 200 cm 2 ventilation
opening in the base and a ventilation
shaft at the rear of the highĆsided unit,
Fig. 6/A, especially if your new
appliance is replacing an appliance
which has front ventilation or if the
highĆsided unit reaches the ceiling.
If the highĆsided unit is not correctly
ventilated, modify accordingly.
If the appliance breaks down due to
incorrect ventilation, the guarantee
will be invalidated.
S Carefully align the highĆsided unit with a
spirit level. Secure the highĆsided unit
by screwing it to adjacent units or to the
wall. Fig. 6/B.
S Insert the cover strip in the metal hoops
on the housing Fig. 6/1 and screw tight
with the screws Fig. 6/2. The enclosed
highĆsided unit fastener Fig. 6/3 and
plug (or covering parts) Fig. 6/4 should
be inserted in the housing.
Prior to this, with a small screwdriver or
enclosed nail, poke foam skin into the
fixture holes for the plugs (ie. covering
parts).
Adjust the profile trim Fig. 6/5 to fit the
internal contour width measurement of
the highĆsided unit and stick onto the
casing on the side where the door
opens.
S On 16 mm (and thinner) highĆsided unit
side walls separate enclosed distancing
parts Fig. 6/6 and put them on the
hinge arms.
S Tie a piece of string to the mains cable
to facilitate connection when the
appliance has been installed. When
inserting the appliance into the
highĆsided unit, do NOT crush the
mains cable.
S Push the appliance into the highĆsided
unit until the upper stop bar Fig. 7/A
and the stop on the housing fixture of
the door hinge Fig. 7/B closely fit to the
highĆsided front edge unit wall. Push the
appliance so that the hinge side is
completely next to the highĆsided unit
wall.
S Screw appliance with highĆsided unit to
