Installing the decor
panels
Decor panels up to 4 mm thick or
adhesive film can be inserted under the
decor frame.
Decor panels which are thicker than 4
mm, must be milled down to 4 mm on all
four sides. A groove for gripping the decor
strips is milled all the way round thick
panels Fig. 3A.
The dimensions of the panels are:

S Unscrew upper strip (1) and side strip
(2);Loosen strip (3), door handle (4) and
strip (5).
S ISlide in the decor panel (6) (position the
decor panel between the plastic strips
on the appliance door). Fig. 3/B.
S Screw back decor strips.
The procedure is similar if using adhesive
film: unscrew the decor frame completely,
stick the slightly larger film directly onto
the door and reĆattach the decor frame.
What to do ...
if using a larger decor panel from a
previous model.
Place the decor panel along the edge of
the lower plastic strip of the appliance
door Fig. 4/A.
In the case of 585 mm wide decor panels
it may be necessary to notch the corners
as illustrated in Fig. 4.
If the decor panel is too short,the gap
between the decor panel and decor frame
can be covered with a compensating
panel Fig. 5/A.
If the gap is very large, the decor panels
can be centered and two compensating
panels attached above and below.
The compensating panels are available
from your dealer in the following models
and dimensions:

A strip 1 mm thinner than the decor
panel is required to underlay the
compensating panel (not included in
