11. Gently insert the Displacement Rod assembly into the Outlet Body and thru the V
Packing (CCPLS-1002) from the outlet side.
12. Lightly grease both O-Rings (O-V-144) and install onto the Cylinder.
13. Firmly press the Cylinder over the Priming Rod and onto the Piston Cups (CCPLS-
1009), then into the Outlet Body.
14. Install the Valve Stop onto the Priming Rod up to the bottom of the Cylinder.
Intake Valve Assembly –
1. Apply a light film of the proper lubrication to the inside of the Intake Valve
(CCPLS-1031).
2. Lightly grease and Install one Seal (CCPLS-1034) into the Intake Valve (CCPLS-
1031). Install the seal with the lip going in first or facing out the bottom of the
intake valve. See below

3. Place the Bushing (CCPLS-1033) inside the Intake Valve (CCPLS-1031) so that
it is against the bottom of the Seal (CCPLS-1034).
4. Lightly grease the other Seal (CCPLS-1034) and install into the Intake Valve
(CCPLS-1031). Install the seal with the lip face up or facing out the top.
5. Apply a drop of Loctite to the threads of the Intake Valve Packing Nut (CCPLS-
1032) and thread it just a little ways into the Intake Valve (CCPLS-1031).
6. Take the Intake Valve (CCPLS-1031) assembly and install it onto the Priming
Rod (CCPLS-1027), with the Intake Valve Packing Nut going on first.
7. Finish tightening the Intake Valve Packing Nut (CCPLS-1032) into the Intake
Valve (CCPLS-1031). Slide it up against the Valve Stop (CCPLS-1014).
