Auto Level Control Box:
The Infusion Unit uses the Auto Level Control Box – for repair and maintenance
instructions reference the manual “AUTO-LEVEL CONTROL MANAUL”
Auto-Level adjustment:
1.
Pour a small container of Resin (no catalyst) - be sure it is deep enough to achieve
the desired depth of the Bubbler tube / Sensor tube.
2.
With the Manual On/Off in the Off position turn the Auto-Level to the On position.
Slowly increase the pump pressure until the pump is moving slowly and evenly.
3.
Place the Bubbler tube into the container of resin until the pump and gun turn Off.
Note the depth of the Bubbler Tube in the resin.
4.
Move the Bubbler tube up and down in the contain of resin noting where the pump
and gun turn On and Off.
5.
If further adjustment is needed to achieve the desired depth – it will be necessary
to open the Auto-Level control box and adjust the two Flow Control adjustments
(time delay and air flow volume (depth)) see the “Auto-Level Control Manual” for
more details.
Note: Small adjustments in the Flow controls can make a lot of change so only
turn the Flow control knobs a very small amount.
